Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% delighted with your Chief Marshal cooling products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect fan model, you can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery directly from your My Account portal or by calling customer care.

• 
  The fan must be unused, in its original box with all mounting hardware, blades, canopy, screws, and warranty card intact.
• 
  Transit damages must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery along with unboxing photos/video.

Once the returned fan package is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, your refund will be credited within 3-5 business days directly to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).

If an item arrives with a minor component fault (such as a remote or canopy screw), our technician can provide a free doorstep replacement under warranty without requiring a full unit return.
