We strive for complete accuracy in model descriptions, RPM speeds, air delivery metrics (CMM), and pricing. In the rare event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the information and cancel any impacted orders with a full immediate refund.

All Chief Marshal Ceiling, Pedestal, Exhaust, and BLDC fans come with a manufacturer warranty (2 to 5 years depending on the model). The warranty covers manufacturing motor defects and 100% pure copper winding integrity. Physical tampering, water damage, or unauthorized electrical modifications are excluded.

Any disputes arising in connection with the purchase of products from this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
